ALL PRICING INCLUDING GST
This pricing is ONLY for local run events at QR and Morgan Park unless specified otherwise for example: race meets, sprints, general practice/test n tune, theme days(QR) and speedway.
Print Order Delivery
All Print orders take at least 7-10 business days for delivery. If you require print products quicker than this please contact us before ordering.
Lakeside
Currently MTR Images are unable to supply images from Track Action managed events at Lakeside.
Digital Downloads
1. Web Resolution 2048 Pixels on the long side. NOT Suitable for printing.
All Images from Late January 2022 will be uploaded to the website at this resolution. Images will be delivered as seen minus the watermarks on the website we won't make any colour or crop changes. If you select a blurry image that is what will be delivered.
In the interest of making the images available to you as soon as possible we upload every image we capture to the website.
Delivery Timeframe: Once ordered we will send you a download link as soon as possible, we are aiming for same day delivery with these orders. Feel free to send us an sms 0427856687 or on Facebook messenger and we'll send you a download link as soon as possible.

- 5 Images (Web Resolution 2048px) 1 car - 1 event = $40
- 10 Images (Web Resolution 2048px) 1 car - 1 event = $60
- 25 Images (Web Resolution 2048px) 1 car - 1 event = $95
- All Images (Web Resolution 2048px) 1 car - 1 event = $165
2. Full Resolution Images, suitable for printing.
These Images are colour corrected, and cropped as required to deliver the best image. We will also deliver or suggest alternative images if selected images are not to the quality we aim to deliver.
Full Resolution of the files from our cameras varies as we use various cameras.
Images can be upscaled to meet your printing requirements(in most cases) if the full resolution isn't large enough.
Delivery Timeframe: typically 4 business days(Monday - Friday)
- 1 Image Only (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $17
- 5 Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $55
- 10 Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $85 - Pre order deal $55 if ordered on or before the day of the event(except Morgan park rounds)
- 25 Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $135 - Pre order deal $110 if ordered on or before the day of the even
- All Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $220
NOTE: $135($110 pre order) package and above images may be able to be delivered daily or during the event provided arranged and paid for prior to or at the event. Subject to resource availability.
3. Photoshoots e.g. Car, driver & crew if we’re already at the track
From $150 inc. GST – For Team social media, website etc, limited editorial.
4. Photobook/Magazine Layout
From $250 inc. GST (30 pages)
5. Hire Rates(as a guide, can be negotiated depending on requirements):

$880(Full Day) – includes some photo editing & delivery
$550(Half Day) - includes some photo editing & delivery
Video editing from $550 – including 1 revision
Project rates can be negotiated based on needs
For Commercial work license fees may also apply additional to the day rate.
6. National Support Categories(for events we are attending)
$250 incl. gst images delivered during the event as soon as possible each day. After each session may be possible please request prior to event.
$165 incl. gst images delivered before the Friday(typically Tuesday) after the event
7. Image Pack ordered when signing up for General Practice, Sprints or race meeting at QR.
$55 10 Images(discounted $85 pack) Delivered via Dropbox.
Delivered within 5 business days of the end of the event, typically 2 business days.

9. RAW Images (CR2/CR3 Files)
Raw images may be available at the discrecion of the photographer. Additional Fees apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Why does it take so long to get $55 pre ordered photo packs delivered?
In order for us to keep the pricing this low we cover many events each week. As a rough guide for every hour we are at the track there is 2 hours in post processing required.
- If I pre order can I select my images once the galleries are on the website.

- Why are pre orders processed before website orders?
We value those who support us by pre ordering images. As a thank you to those that pre order their orders are processed first.
