Print Order Delivery
All Print orders take at least 7-10 business days for delivery once processed. If you require print products quicker than this please contact us before ordering.

Digital Downloads
1. Full Resolution Images, suitable for printing.
These Images are colour corrected, and cropped as required to deliver the best image. We will also deliver or suggest alternative images if selected images are not to the quality we aim to deliver.
Full Resolution of the files from our cameras varies as we use various cameras.
Images can be upscaled to meet your printing requirements(in most cases) if the full resolution isn't large enough.
Delivery Timeframe: typically 4 business days(Monday - Friday) Ordered via the website gallery.
1 Image Only (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $20
5 Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $80
10 Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $130 - Pre order deal $75* if ordered before the event starts QLD Raceway local/state race meets only
All Images (Full Resolution) 1 car - 1 event = $250** - Pre order deal $185 if ordered on or before the day of the event if ordered before the event starts QLD Raceway, Morgan Park & Lakeside park local/state race meets only

** $250($185 pre order) package and above images may be able to be delivered daily or during the event provided arranged and paid for prior to or at the event. Subject to resource availability.

2. Web Resolution 2048 Pixels on the long side. NOT Suitable for printing.
Please note: As of January 2026 we’re focusing on pre event orders to ensure quality images for our clients and delivery within appropriate timeframes. Galleries will not be uploaded for all events we attend depending on available resources.
All Images from Late January 2022 will be uploaded to the website at this resolution. Images will be delivered as seen minus the watermarks on the website we won't make any colour or crop changes. If you select a blurry image that is what will be delivered.
In the interest of making the images available to you as soon as possible we upload every image we capture to the website.
Delivery Timeframe: Once ordered we will send you a download link as soon as possible, we are aiming for same day delivery with these orders. Feel free to send us an sms 0427856687 or on Facebook messenger and we'll send you a download link as soon as possible.

This pricing is ONLY for local run events at QR and Morgan Park unless specified otherwise for example: race meets, sprints, general practice/test n tune, theme days(QR) and speedway.
3. National Support Categories - Per Car -(for events we are attending)
$350 incl. gst images delivered during the event as soon as possible each day. After each session may be possible please request prior to event.(20-30 images)
$35 incl. gst per image via the website after the event if not purchased in a package.
4. Photoshoots e.g. Car, driver & crew if we’re already at the track
From $260 inc. GST – depending on requirements - For Team social media, website etc, limited editorial.

5. Photobook/Magazine Layout
From $380 inc. GST (30 pages)
6. Hire Rates(as a guide, negotiable based on project requirements):

$550(Half Day) - includes some photo editing & delivery
$135per hour - minimum 2.5 hours
Video editing from $450 per video(e.g. short social media reel) vertical or horizontal – including 1 revision
Project rates can be negotiated based on needs
For Commercial work license fees apply additional to the hour/half/day rates.
7. Discounted Image Pack ordered when signing up for General Practice, Sprints or QRDC race meetings at QLD Raceway.
$75 - 10 Images(discounted $130 pack) Delivered via Dropbox. Delivered within 7-14 days of the end of the event, typically within 7 business days.
$185 - All Images 20+(discounted $250 pack) Some images delivered on the day(typically that night) full gallery within 24 hours after the end of the event.
These Images are colour corrected, and cropped as required to deliver the best image.

Images from 2025/2024 $25 Per Image, no image packages. If the image is still available Hi Res only. Web res options at current year pricing.

9. RAW Images (CR2/CR3 Files)
Raw images may be available at the discrecion of the photographer. Additional Fees and conditions apply.
Please understand RAW images require editing in software such as Lightroom or Photoshop before being usable. If we’re not confident you understand editing or will be using an editor please don’t be offended if we choose not to provide raw files.
